Montreal —  The RCMP takes part in an international operation to neutralize Emotet

This week, the RCMP participated in an international cybercrime operation to neutralize Emotet malware. The Cybercrime Investigative Team, in collaboration with RCMP technical operations specialists, led the Canadian component of this complex investigation. In Project CIPHER, which began in March 2020, the RCMP developed specialized techniques making it possible to seize critical digital evidence for the benefit of all investigative partners.

Missing man, Finch Avenue East and Birchmount Road area, Richard Pascal, 22

The Toronto Police Service request the public\'s assistance locating a missing man.

Richard Pascal, 22, was last seen between January 18-22, 2021, in the Finch Avenue East and Birchmount Road area.

He is described as 6\'0\', 220 lbs., with a heavy build. There are no clothing descriptions at this time.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Missing man, Victoria Park Avenue and Parkwoods Village Drive area, Jordan Baudner, 28

The Toronto Police Service requests the public\'s assistance locating a missing man.

Jordan Baudner, 28, was last seen on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 7 p.m., in the Victoria Park Avenue and Parkwoods Village Drive area.

He is described as 5\'6\', 160 lbs., with dirty blonde-brown hair shaved in a buzzcut style, brown eyes, and glasses. He was last seen wearing a black or dark blue \'Under Armor\' t-shirt, blue plaid pajama pants, and slippers. He was not wearing a jacket at the time.

He may be driving a blue 2019 Mazda 3 hatchback, with Ontario licence plates BZTP521.

Police are concerned for his safety.
